The first step in creating a profitable resort is to buy a parcel of land in an attractive location at the right price. Such property is always in high demand and sells very quickly. For this reason, the preparation of a detailed plan for the development of the planned resort in this place with the further search for investors for the implementation of the project becomes impossible, there is no time for this.
